Rooms and bathroom are very clean. Loved our stay for all our entire 5 days of trip. Staff is friendly and respectful.

Rooms were nice, clean, quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. My negative experience and low rating are mainly based on the logistics of the parking area and the distance of the walk to the adjoining convention center. I recently traveled to Orlando and stayed at the Rosen Centre with my handicapped mother. Although valet parking was available, self-parking was included with our rooms. I am fairly fit and do not mind walking. However, my mom, who is 80-years-old and has severe, debilitating scoliosis, is a whole different story. The handicapped parking area was located in parking garage. Perfect, as it should be. The problem, for us, was the LONG distance from the garage to the hotel lobby where the elevators to the rooms are located. The walking distance from those elevators to the convention center was another country mile with the trek being at least 3 times further than the garage scenario. My poor mom was doubled over in pain in the first night of our stay. I decided to drive her to convention center on the second day; however, the parking entrance there was closed. For a more pleasurable experience especially for handicapped travelers, I suggest the Rosen provide shuttles from the garage to the hotel lobby and/or convention center. As well, the hotel restaurants closed earlier than one would expect in this setting which required the long walk back to the garage to drive to an outside establishment. I suppose valet would be the easy answer. Just my $0.02. Cheers
